Who is part of Sportek Hub?
Sportek Hub is a public-private initiative promoted by the Basque Government and the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa (from the areas of Sport and Economic Promotion/Entrepreneurship), Eibar City Council, Donostia City Council, Real Sociedad Foundation, Fundación Sociedad Deportiva Eibar, with BIC Gipuzkoa as the managing body, with the aim of growing the sports industry and improving its competitiveness.
What does it offer you?
This initiative was created with the aim of supporting startups and entrepreneurs in the field of sports technology. The selected projects have funding of up to €60,000, which can be obtained through entrepreneurship programs managed by BIC Gipuzkoa.
In addition to the promotion and visibility of the project, and connection with sport and innovation leaders, Sportek HUB also offers a range of benefits including:

- Specialized mentoring and collaboration opportunities under Venture Client proposals.
- Labs for MVP testing and validation
- Coworking and specialized incubation spaces.
- Specialized training in business management.
- Advice on first rounds of financing
Who can participate?
Sportek Hub is looking for startups and entrepreneurial projects that offer technological products and services capable of responding to the needs and opportunities of the sector.
Requirements:
- Startups in the development or launch stage that propose technological solutions for the physical activity and sports sector, or that wish to migrate their solutions to this sector from other business areas.
- Entrepreneurs with disruptive ideas that can meet the future needs of the sport and fitness industry.
